Meet-ups are usually scheduled to our convenience. In the event that we cannot accede to your meeting request, kindly opt for regular/registered mail.
1. All local orders processed will be sent out via Singapore Post within 3 days from receiving payment and should reach you in the next 3-5 working days.
2. All orders made outside of Singapore will be sent out using registered air mail to prevent loss of item(s). Goods should arrive within 7-14 working days.
3. All items will be packed appropriately with care.
4. All taxes and handling fees will be included in the shipping rates.
LOCAL SHIPPING RATES:
First item postage at $1.50, subsequent items at $1 each.
Registered mail (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED) at an additional $2.30.
OVERSEAS SHIPPING RATES:

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

1. A 7-day-exchange is available from purchase date (not applicable for intimate wear, food products or lingerie).
2. Goods presented for exchange must be unused, similar to originally sent goods, with packaging intact.
3. Only one exchange will be entitled per person, and the delivery charges intended for the exchange will be waived.
4. You may exchange your item for another priced similarly or lower, however, limited to stock availability.
5. Goods that are sold overseas, used, damaged or altered cannot be exchanged.
6. No refunds will be entertained.
7. Exchange may take up to 7-10 days.
8. All decisions made by High Life are final.
